SkyFlow Yoga Studio — Studio Etiquette and Policy

Welcome to SkyFlow Yoga Studio — we’re so happy you’re here.
Our intention is to keep things simple, fair, and supportive so every client enjoys a safe, respectful, and truly Yogic experience.

  1. Arriving for Class
  • The studio opens 15 minutes before class to give you time to settle in.
  • Doors close and will be locked promptly at class start time to maintain a calm, undisturbed environment.
  • Due to our studio layout, late entry is not possible once class begins—thank you for honoring this space.
  • Remove your shoes and store in shoe-racks.
Cellphones are to be turned off, silenced and stored in the secure keyed lockers provided.
  • Tip– Arriving 5–10 minutes early is a lovely way to ground yourself before practice.
  1. Checking In

Please ensure you check in before class using one of the following methods:

  • The Self Check-In kiosk at the entrance of Skyflow
  • Letting your instructor or front desk team know and ask to be checked-in

Checking in confirms your attendance and secures your spot.
Clients who don’t check in will be marked as a no-show and lose a class credit.

  1. Cancellations and Missed Classes

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel, please do so at least 5 hours before class time so we can offer your spot to another student.

  • Late cancellations (within 12 hours): incur $15 charge
  • No-shows: One full class credit deducted

For Package holders and Members, late cancellations and no-shows will use one class credit.
We’re unable to offer refunds for these, but your understanding helps us keep classes running smoothly for everyone.

Tip: You can manage or cancel bookings anytime via the mobile Achieve – SkyFlow Yoga Studio app.
